Meet Tom Skotidas
The family business psychotherapist behind everpath.
Bio
My name is Tom Skotidas. I am a Masters-qualified Psychotherapist and the director of everpath.
As a member of a family business myself, I am passionate about helping family business owners and their teams resolve conflict and transform their enterprise, using evidence-based psychotherapy.
I engage all of my clients with compassion, collaboration, and unconditional acceptance.
Psychotherapy enables my clients to recognise their cognitive, emotional, and communication patterns, embed new behaviours aligned to their core values, and build thriving relationships.
Background & Experience
Before specialising in psychotherapy, I spent ten years founding and leading a marketing agency. During that time, I worked side-by-side with sales leaders, marketing directors, and company founders.
Today, as director and principal psychotherapist of everpath, I combine deep clinical expertise with first-hand business insight.
