3.2 everpath does not offer consulting, mentoring, or coaching services.

4. Bookings, Cancellations, and Payments
4.1 Session bookings require upfront payment unless explicitly agreed otherwise. Payment details and fees are clearly communicated at the time of booking.
4.2 You may cancel or reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours' notice without penalty. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours, or missed without notice, may incur the full session fee.
4.3 Refunds are provided solely at our discretion, typically if services were not delivered as agreed due to reasons attributable to everpath.

6.1 everpath, including its directors, employees, and contractors, will not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services, except as prohibited by Australian law.
